Pine and peak Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee shop that has been worked on since January 2025. With a rustic vibe inspired by the ambiance of an old ski cabin/lodge. It's a place for people who appreciate granola, alpine, and backpacking vibes to enjoy a cup of coffee. I can't wait to meet you.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to run my own business, though I never knew what it would be until 2024 when I had this Idea. I grew up exploring the woods with my family, and those adventures sparked a lifelong love for the outdoors. In recent years, traveling through Washington and Montana deepened that connection as I found peace in remote places and rediscovered where I feel most alive.

Along the way, I also fell in love with coffee and the simple joy of connecting with people. I realized I could bring those passions together nature, adventure, and community.

Now, I’m excited to share a space that reflects all of that. This isn’t just a business; it’s a piece of me, and I can’t wait for you to experience it. I am the guy with the Mount Rainer tattoo.

Summit Sparkler - A refreshing burst of bubbly flavor inspired by the mountains. Our Forest Fizz blends crisp sparkling soda with your choice of vibrant syrups, creating a light, fruity drink that feels like a cool breeze through the pines.

Mountain rush- Smooth, fruity, and fiercely energizing. Backcountry Boost was made for the wild ones the early risers, late night drivers, and everyone who thrives off adventure fuel.

Cascade lotus- A soft, fruity, floral energy drink with a bright, happy kick. Peak Bloom tastes like spring on the mountain sweet, colorful, and full of life
